Factory Tour

Production Line

was established in 2002. We are a professional manufacturer of sports ground materials and rubber flooring, integrating strong R&D, production and sales. Our main products are rubber granules like EPDM, SBR, ETPU, and sports flooring like rubber tiles, rubber rolls and mats.


Our factory is located in Qingdao city,  covering an area of 23,000 square meters, with more than 70 workers and R&D Engineers. Our annual output of rubber products is about 350,000 square meters. We have implemented international standard ISO9001, ISO14001,  ISO45001, and have been in conformity with global recycled standard 4.0 ( GRS 4.0).


Our products has passed WA, CMA, LABOSPORT, SGS and other domestic and foreign testing, and obtained CEC(China Environmental Labeling), CQC, ROHS, CE, REACH and some other certification.

R&D of rubber-based products—from material formulation optimization and performance testing to prototype development and

industrialization validation. We are equipped with state-of-the-art R&D facilities, including rubber compounding laboratories,

vulcanization process test benches, mechanical property testing equipment (tensile strength, tear resistance, elasticity measurement),

environmental aging test chambers (high temperature, humidity, ozone resistance), and precision product performance evaluation systems.

These resources enable us to conduct in-depth research on key technologies such as high-performance rubber blending, functional additive

modification, green and low-carbon processing, and intelligent product structure design. Our R&D direction is closely aligned with market

demand and industry trends, covering three core areas:

1. **High-performance Material Development**: Focus on enhancing rubber products' wear resistance, oil resistance, high/low temperature resistance,

and fatigue durability to meet the rigorous requirements of automotive, industrial machinery, aerospace, and other high-end application fields.

2. **Eco-friendly & Sustainable Innovation**: Develop environment-friendly rubber formulations (lead-free, low-VOC), recycle and reuse rubber waste,

and optimize processing technologies to reduce energy consumption, practicinggreen manufacturing concepts.

such as special-shaped seals, shock-absorbing components, and functional rubber parts, solving unique technical challenges for different industries.
